I have not been paid correct
There can be many different reasons your pay is less, the main reason could be due to Tax and National insurance deductions.
The best way to check if any deductions have been made is by checking your payslips on your email
If you believe you have been paid incorrectly, you can send an email
in full detail of where you believe you are missing pay. For example, Shift location, Dates worked, Hours worked and the hours you have been paid for.
If you don’t have a timesheet, we can always open a query with the client. This sometimes takes a couple of weeks to be resolved, so please bear with us whilst we work on having your hours confirmed.
I have not received my Payslip
Payslips are always send by Email. If you prefer this can be send using WhatsApp
If you need to speak with someone regarding this get in touch

A P45 only includes the tax you've paid in the tax year up to the point you left a job, but
a P60 covers the tax you've paid in the entire tax year. You can request your p45 once you have received your last payment from Rise by sending an email
